The annual Tulip Festival here in Woodburn is going on now. Last weekend was beautiful, warm weather, so to avoid the crowds we waited until Monday… of course it rained on Monday! Oh well, we still had a great time.  We went out with our friends the Hom’s and slogged through the mud and had a blast!!  I’ve loaded a bunch of the photo’s on here for the family to see. 
Vienna had fun with Dacia Grace (who is three!).  Vienna’s not around other kids all that much (save for at church) so it’s always great fun for her to play with other kids. And the Mud! A big hit
 

Sam had a rough time watching his daughter get dirty! Especially since I pulled a brain dead moment and dressed her in nice “Picture” clothes and didn’t think about the fact that it had started raining outside!! ooopsss!!!  Oh well, they wash!  
Sam couldn’t stay the whole time as he was just taking a break from work and had a project due that day, but it was great to have him out there as long as we did. 

We took a ride on the cow train!

Probably not the best choice for a pregnant person to ride on this thing!! It really wasn’t bad most of the trip, we drove around the outside of the tulip fields and did some great zig zagging and gentle “cookies” in the back parking lot… but the ride back to the front of the fields was a bit bumpy!!  We did this very near the end of our day out there, by the time we were heading back to the end of the ride Vienna was nearly asleep!  Sooo tired…

She very much didn’t want to stop though! Even though I took off her muddy shoes and tights to put her in her stroller!  So, yes, she did run around in bare feet for a short while. I know, in the cold, and the rain… yeah, Mother of the Year I’m not  
Anyway, Oregon is a beautiful place… and God made Good Stuff!!

Vienna loves to dance and her favorite show right now is the Mickey Mouse Club house and the Hot Dog Dance they do at the end of every show!! of course she always sees me taking the video and STOPS!!
